Photos: An Energetic Adams Before He Was Attacked & Killed
The Upper East Regional Chairman for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mahama Adam, passed on following an acid attack on him. He died Thursday morning after he was ‘showered’ with acid by some assailants while he drove home from work.
The late chairman was to be transferred from the Bolgatanga Regional Hospital to Accra for specialized medical attention before he gave up the ghost.
Following his death, the flagbearer for the party, Nana Akufo-Addo condemned the attack and described the situation a “sad day for all of us in the NPP”.
