A man carrying a handgun at Gatwick Airport has been shot with a Taser stun gun by police. A member of the public spotted the firearm as the suspect traveled to the airport by bus in the early hours of Wednesday morning. The man, from the Crawley area, went into the South Terminal where he was apprehended by police who used a Taser gun to disable him. He was arrested and taken into custody, where he remains awaiting questioning. Sources say the incident was not terrorist-related.
