The 23-year-old according to reports has informed Coach Avram Grant of his inability to join the team for next Sunday’s game at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Accam is currently having a busy season with Chicago Fire as they seek to place themselves in a comfortable position in the Major League Soccer hence will not be available for the Black Stars crucial qualifier against the Los Dodos.

The impressive goal poacher was named in the 24-man list released by Coach Avram Grant on Tuesday.

The Israeli trainer has however handed an invitation to Turkey-based attacker Majeed Waris as a replacement for Accam.
