The New Patriotic Party's national Director of Elections, Martin Agyei Korsa has condemned the despicable act that occurred in the Suame Constituency following the fight that broke out between a parliamentary aspirant and the Youth Organizer for the area.

Lawyer John Darko, an aspirant is reported to have taken a swipe at the incumbent MP, Hon. Kyei Mensah Bonsu when he said the latter has brought less development to the area despite staying in office for long.

The ‘unsuitable’ description from Lawyer Darko propelled Yussif Mohammed, who is the Youth Organizer for the area to fight him on stage and demand that he gives him the microphone.

Shortly after the news broke, Mr. Martin Agyei Korsa Mensah spoke to Oman FM and condemned it. He stated that it was right for the organizers in the area to assemble all the aspirants at one place and give them ample time to speak to delegates one after the other. “They have breached the electoral rule and it is highly unaccepted”, he said.
