Lawyer for Black Stars captain, Kissi Agyabeng has confirmed that his client was involved in consensual intercourse with a university student, Sarah Kwabla.
But the 22-year-old university student is claiming she got pregnant after the intercourse and therefore needs monetary support from the Black Stars captain.
Speaking on Accra based Kasapa FM, Lawyer Agyabeng opined that it is true the captain had an affair with the young lady and he is unsure about getting her pregnant.
According to the lawyer Agyabeng, Gyan is demanding a paternity test to confirm that he [Gyan] is indeed the father to the unborn child.
He noted that a paternity test scheduled to have been conducted on Tuesday, June 23, to ascertain whether or not Asamoah Gyan is responsible for the pregnancy did not come on.
Though part-payment for the cost of the test had been deposited at the medical facility, Sarah Kwabla did not turn up.
