WATCH: Performances At Poorly Attended All Stars Unity Concert

There has been a lot of talk about the just gone by “All Stars Unity Concert” which took place at the Accra Sports stadium on Tuesday 30, 2015.

The charity event was supposed to bring great Ghanaian musicians on one stage to perform and raise funds to support the victims of the 3rd June, 2015 flood and fire disasters in Accra.

According to reports everything including performances, lighting, sound, stage set up, microphones among technicalities on the night was on point but for some reason, attendance was nothing to write home about.

Inspite of the fact that the event witnessed great performances from top musicians including DSP Kofi Sarpong, Cwesi Oteng, Ohemaa Mercy, O.J, Celestine Donkor, Nero X, Rex Omar, Ben Brako, Gyedu Blay Ambolley, Gena West, Wiyaala, Irene Logan, Kwabena Kwabena, Keche, Becca, Efya, Raquel, Trigmatic, Tinny and many other musicians who did their best to entertain, it appears music fans were not convinced enough to come watch them perform.

According reports the crowd at the over 40,000 capacity Accra Sports Stadium was not even up to 100 people.

Also present at concert were MUSIGA president, Obour, Deputy Minister for Tourism, Madam Abla Dzifa Gormashie, UNAIDS’ country director, Mr. Girmay Haile Prince David Osei, Bola Ray and many others.
