Glo Premier League winners, Accra Hearts of Oak will tomorrow battle Accra Great Olympics in a coronation match to climax this year�s League at the Ohene Djan, Sports Stadium tomorrow. The local derby between the two city rivals is expected to generate excitement and emotions as Hearts play in the elite division; whilst Olympics who have just qualified for the Middle League play in Division one.
The Professional League Board (PLB) is expected to present the League trophy and medals, which was unveiled on Thursday by the mobile service operator, Globacom to the Phobians. Kwabena Boafo, a skipper of the side, is expected to lead the team against the Dade boys, who are bent on returning to the Premiership next season.
The trophy is made up of pure optical crystal with sand blasted details and crowned by a 110m football. The stem is also made up of golden aluminum cut-out. Hearts of Oak clinched their 7th Championship in a decade by defeating Sporting Mirren 2-0 on Sunday. It finished the League season with 52 points, three points better than last season�s winners, Kumasi, Asante Kotoko.
