Chris Brown Gets Clearance To Leave The Philippines After Three-Day Delay
Chris Brown has arrived in China after a three-day delay in the Philippines.
The singer had pleaded with authorities to allow him to leave the the capital Manila in a video he posted on Instagram, in which he got down on his knees and begged.
