Hundreds of people turned up for the audition of MTN Hitmaker Season Four and after going through the process, the judges have settled on 12 finalists for this season�s edition.
The final 12 are Kidi, Abena, Efo, Twice, Yaw, Awurabena, CJ, Colours, Oneday, Gunshot, Adjoa and MJC Glory.
The 12 outstanding ones were outdoored last night at the National Theatre. They managed to survive the grueling boot camp which is where the true hitmaker quality is tested and proven.
The audience was dazzled as they performed cover versions of popular songs backed by the Patch Bay band. Season Four of the MTN Hitmaker is determined to make live performers out of every contestant.
This season has a new set of judges in the persons of Okyeame Kwame (Mr Versatile) renowed entertainment critic Kwasi Aboagye and sensational rapper, Eazzy.
The contestants will be privileged to be mentored by three of the best brains in beat making in Ghana. Kaywa will work with Kidi, Abena, Efo and Twice while Magnom will work with Yaw, Awurabena, CJ and Colours. Richie will work with Oneday, Gunshot, Adjoa and MJC Glory.
The series will be shown on Saturdays on GhOne Entertainment TV, 4Syte TV and GTV at 8pm and on Sundays at 5.30pm on Joy Prime, TV3 and Ocean TV and on Metro TV at 7.30pm.
MTN Hitmaker 4 is organised by MTN and produced by Charterhouse.
