Coach Afranie Advises Sulley Muntari To Comport Himself At New Club

Member of the Ghana Football Association Technical Directorate, Emmanuel Afranie has cautioned Ghana midfierlder Sulley Muntari to be disciplined at new club Al Ittihad Jeddah. The former AC Milan midfielder has been holding pre-season training the Saudi Pro League side in Milan after penning a 2-year-deal with the Saudi club. The former Milan skipper has often been in the spotlight for all the negative reasons with his usual bust ups and off the field disciplinary record.] The 30-year-old is still serving an indefinite suspension from the Black Stars for assaulting a national team management member, Moses Armah, during the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. EK Afranie, who coached Muntari in the Black Satellites campaign at the 2001 Under-20 World Cup in Argentina, expects the winger to be disciplined at Ittihad Jeddah. �I am only hoping that he comports himself, disciplines himself and listens to his officials,� Afranie told Starr FM He added �he is a Muslim himself so I think that if he agrees with his own people, somebody might be his mentor there and he will control himself...for the game, he is still good.
