Publisher of the Enquirer newspaper, Raymond Archer, has remarried in a well attended ceremony. Archer, whose first marriage ended some years ago, wedded his longtime girlfriend at an event held at Manet Estates, Spintex, Accra.

Archer’s wife is Nura Salifu, daughter of ace Ghanaian Fashion icon Salma Garments.

Hosted by Kofi Okyere Darko(KOD), it was blessed by the National Chief Imam, Osman Nuhu Sharubutu.

Archer was given the name Abdul Aziz by the Chief Imam, a gesture that may lead to him changing his Christian name, as was in the case of colleague journalist, Kweku Baako’s case, who also got married to a Muslim lady by name Isha.

It was heavily attended by leading political and entertainment personalities and was held over a two-day period.
