Baba Rahman Is A Pure Left-Back Says Mourinho

Chelsea coach Jose Mourinho is anticipating the huge impact Baba Rahman will bring to the team as he tags the talented defender as a Pure left-back Rahman is yet to make his debut for the blues after his reported 21million euros move to the Club following the delay in his paper works which would pave way for him to feature for the Club. The 21-year-old is expected to step in at the left-back position following the dwindling form of Serbian international branislav ivanovic. Mourinho who had always admired the potentials of the former Ghana U20 defender believes Rahman has a lot to offer the team. "He's our pure left-back, because (Cesar) Azpilicueta is an adaptation," explained Mourinho. "He's left-footed, a left-back, the offensive one, the one that has a cross, has a pass, and likes to go forward. I would say he's a younger Filipe Luis. "Filipe Luis is a good player, thats why he plays for Atletico (Madrid) and for the Brazil national team. Baba is a young Filipe Filipe is 30, Baba is 21." The Ghanaian international who was poached from German outfit Augsburg is expected to feature in Chelseas home game against Crystal Palace this weekend.
