A Presidential employee, Dr. Clement Apaak has noted that the presidency will soon commence investigation into an alleged assault by his colleague, Stan Dogbe on a state owned media journalist.

Also a trained journalist – Stan Dogbe was alleged to have attacked a Journalist with the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation [GBC].

The victim, Yahaya Kwamoah during the attack had his recorder destroyed by the presidential staffer after a recording at the 37 Military Hospital where they both met to visit injured members of the presidential Press Corps who were involved in an accident recently.

Speaking on Joy FM’s News analysis show, News file Dr. Apaak described the incident as “unfortunate” and maintained that the issue will be probed.

“I know the issue is being looked into. The Chief of Staff whom we all report to has the capacity to look into such issues. Stan is a Journalist and Yahaya Kwamoah is also one, so the matter is being handled internally” he said
