Anas Aremeyaw Anas's profession as an investigative journalist is very risky – but according to him, he is well protected from harming.

His undercover works have earned him many admirers and enemies, most of which are in Ghana because he does majority of his works in here.

The faceless investigator's recent judicial bribery scandal exposé has indeed attracted much hatred for himself from the judicial service and families of judges captured in his two years investigation.

Anas told Ghanaian International journalist, Jefferson Kwamina Sackey on “Jefferson Reports” that he is fortunate to have donors who foot his bails to ensure his safety.

Commenting on his family protection, he lamented that – “I make sure I put in enough mechanism. When you say security, it’s not just about you.”

“I am very grateful with the institutions I work with internationally because they don’t only make it available…they know you operate within a particular space and so they try to make it blanket for everybody.”

“I can tell you if anything happens in Ghana…it will take me a few minutes to find myself out. Those mechanism have been put in place and they are very effective,” he assured.
