Anas Expos Is Helping Build Ghana's Image... - Allotey Jacobs

As many have cried out including the Minister of Trade and Industry, Dr. Spio-Gabrah that the exposé of the popular investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas will scare foreign investors away with the rot in the judiciary, Bernard Allotey Jacobs says exposing the bribery scandal in the judicial service is a necessary evil.

The Central Regional Chairman of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), Bernard Allotey Jacobs says the revelations of the various rots in the country by Anas and his team puts Ghana on a high of achieving trust and integrity with its foreign investors.

Uncle Allotey as he is popularly called explained on Okay Fm’s Ade Akye Abia Morning Show that such exposés assures the diplomat who views them that Ghana has people who can unearth these “evil” state officials.

Kudos to Anas; he is doing so well. I mean he is making Ghana proud because if you have a diplomat watching the tapes, it goes a long way to tell foreign investors that we have people who can unearth these evils in our society”, he asserted.

He insisted that “investors can rest assured that they are safe to invest in this country. Anas’s tapes or whatever he is doing in one way or the other will help build the image of this country and I salute him for that”.

He expressed the joy that Anas investigations does not spare any erring official; alluding to the fact that his board (Electricity Company of Ghana - ECG) was not spared in Anas investigations at the time he (Allotey) was serving as a board member.
