You published what appeared to be a news story under the title BNI Grabs Gyamahs Son over Rice Deal, in which you falsely claimed that I had been to the office of the Bureau of National Investigations to deceptively represent myself as counsel for one Mr. Doku Gymah who is under arrest. You also claimed that I threatened the BNIs agent for violating an alleged court order. In the said article, you sought to depict me as a lawyer who had masqueraded as counsel for a person who did not know me and had not instructed me to be his lawyer . by further describing me, both on your front page and on your paper, an in imposter lawyer, you sought to portray me as phony, fraud, sham, pretender or charlatan legal practitioner, engaged in the unethical conduct of touting and soliciting for work. The effect of your publication has been to lower my reputation in the eyes of the right thinking members of society and to expose me to public ridicule, contempt and opprobrium. You that your story is untrue.
