Expect Meaningful Changes In Your Lives- Veep Assures Ghanaians (Photos)

Government will continue to pursue policies and projects that bring meaningful change to the lives of Ghanaians, Vice President, K. B. Amissah--‐Arthur has said. The vice president passed this comment on Tuesday when he opened the Horsey Park Lorry Terminal in Obuasi. The terminal offers ticket--‐vending facilities and provide for prompt health services for emergencies. It also has an area for the maintenance and servicing of vehicles, among others. Addressing residents of Obuasi, the Vice President pointed out that �in every district, the government is leaving footprints of development. We are spreading developments fairly and equitably throughout the country as part of our effort to improve the quality of life of Ghanaians�, he said. Mr Amissah--‐Arthur noted that the terminal was provided because �as a people--‐centred government, we believe that drivers need a comfortable terminal to rest and a safe place to park their vehicles�.
