He announced that the Assembly had constructed a number of school blocks, health facilities and sanitation facilities among others, in a number of communities in the area.

He said the Assembly’s aim was to promote the holistic development of children by improving the children’s access to education, recreation, health care, good nutrition, safe drinking water and good sanitation.

He indicated that an Assembly complex was also under construction for the District and that the Assembly was also putting up three bungalows for some of its staff.

He appealed to the people to continue to maintain the peace in the area for more projects, and advised the communities to take good care of the projects provided in the district.

He assured them as a result of the recent attacks by armed robbers in the area, the security agencies were alert and ready to flush out the criminals in the area.

The DCE also announced that anyone who will volunteer information for the arrest of such criminals will be given a cash reward of GH¢ 3,000.00, and appealed for a police patrol vehicle as well as more police personnel to effectively combat crime in the area.

The Chief of Bulikpali, Obore Michael Yaw commended the Government for the number of projects the government was providing for the new district.

Obore Yaw said when the CHPS compound was completed it will serve all the communities in the area who were currently travelling for several kilometers to Tatale Holy Clinic for medical attention.
