Kate Middleton, 33, looked perfectly put together as she stepped out in a blue frock, complete with ringlets in her hair, for the 2015 Fostering Excellence Awards in London on Nov. 17, where she looked regal in a royal blue dress by Saloni Lodha.

The designer, who was born in India, launched the London-based label in 2007 — and considering Kate is set to embark on a spring tour of India, we couldn’t think of a more fitting frock for the occasion.
