Almighty E.T Mensah Flawed! No Power Can Stop An Idea That Must Happen - Kabila

James Kwabena Bomfeh has commended the Parliamentary candidate for Ningo Prampram, Sam George, for his victory over the long-serving Member of Parliament of the constituency.

E.T Mensah goes down memory lane as one of the long-serving Members of Parliament in the country.

He won the Parliamentary bid since 1992 and has since then, ousted his opponents.

Luck failed to shine upon E.T Mensah when votes were cast on Sunday, November 22. Sam George, his competitor, polled 4,910 votes representing 63.4% of valid votes to end the Parliamentary career of Mr. Mensah who polled 2,831 representing 36.5% of the votes.

The huge victory may have taken James Kwabena Bomfeh aback but the former General Secretary of the Convention People's Party (CPP) believed Mr. Mensah's fate had been decided by the masses.

“No army can stop an idea whose time has come. No army. No power can hinder idea that must happen. Almighty E.T Mensah flawed! He is part of the real Mugabes at Parliament. The point I’m making is that it shows that young people have a place,” he said while contributing to discussions on PeaceFM's "Kokrokoo" Morning Show.
