Legal Practitioner Maurice Ampaw has sworn to nail Ghana's striker Asamoah Gyan to the cross.

Lawyer Maurice Ampaw is not yet ready to bury the hatchet with Asamoah Gyan over a sex scandal allegation leveled against the Ghanaian footballer.

Asamoah Gyan has been in the middle of controversies but one would have thought his 30th Birthday celebration would bring him relief. It is not so because another case is brewing in his court.

Asamoah Gyan was caught in the web of another scandal when one Sarah Kwabla accused him of sodomizing her. It appeared comical when the news first broke out because of the disjoined claims.

However, the sex scandal was later muddied when Reggae musician, Ekow Micah, believed to be the boyfriend of the Sarah Kwabla was exposed by Asamoah Gyan and his team to be the mastermind behind what the team has made the public believe was a slander and self-made plot to extort favours from the charismatic footballer.

Ekow Micah was arrested and arraigned before court, and charged with a drug offence. The defense Counsel, Lawyer Maurice Ampaw relentless fought for his client to be acquitted by the court.

Ekow Micah was on Monday acquitted and discharged by an Accra Circuit Court which found little or no merit in the charge against him.

Speaking on Royal News on R TV, Lawyer Ampaw stressed that he is not finished with Asamoah Gyan.

According to him, Asamoah Gyan is nothing more than a "rapist".

He pledged to battle the footballer in Court, claiming he has substantial evidence to prove that Ghana's baby jet forced Sarah Kwabla to have sex with him without the latter's consent.

"I will face Asamoah Gyan in Court regarding his sodomy. Asamoah Gyan sodomized Sarah Kwabla. We have evidence and we are going to present it before Court. He also raped her. I want to tell Asamoah Gyan that he is a rapist and you also sodomize ladies."
