The weather will be variably cloudy on Thursday morning with mist and fog patches over southern Ghana. However, there would be sunny periods in the afternoon with thunderstorms and rain showers over areas around the Volta Lake, which would affect forest and high grounds in the night, according to the weather forecast issued by the Ghana Meteorological Agency in Accra. It said northern Ghana would be partly cloudy in the morning becoming sunny in the afternoon with isolated thunderstorms and rain showers over places. Minimum temperature at the coastal areas would be 24 degrees Celsius while the maximum would be 30 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperature in the middle belt would be 22 degrees and maximum 32 degrees while the northern sector would have a minimum of 23 degrees and maximum of 34 degrees.
