Planning C'ttee Of Nkrumahs Centenary Is Skewed - Vladimir Danso

A staunch activist of the Convention Peoples Party (CPP) and a Lecturer at the Legon Center for International Affairs (LECIA), University of Ghana, Dr. Vladimir Antwi Danso, has advocated for a broad-based composition of the members of the planning committee of the late Dr. Kwame Nkrumahs centenary celebration. According to him, the committee is skewed as all of the members are pro-Nkrumaists. Composition of the committee should be broad-based, all-inclusive. If I had my way, the activities should be national, more national less partisan. I plead for this, he added. Speaking on PeaceFms Kokrokoo, Dr. Antwi Danso stressed that Kwame Nkrumah was above the politics of Ghana, as he is widely acknowledged as the person who really emancipated Africa. Nkrumah will have his faults as a human being, no two ways about that, but had it not been for him, the two of us (you and I Kwame), will never be speaking on radio, he said.
