Wednesday night, Rob Kardashian posted on Instagram for the first time in nine weeks to complain about losing the $1.6 billion Powerball lottery.

His gun-toting meme was captioned: 'When you didn't win the Powerball & you want your money back for all the tickets you bought from the store.'

The reclusive 28-year-old's post came shortly after three lucky people (in California, Florida, and Tennessee) drew the winning numbers.
