Intelligence information reaching this paper reveals that one man, who has been terrorizing residents, and land developers at Gommoa Fetteh, in the Central Region, identified only as Kwesi Alhaji, is soiling the name of the Acting Inspector General of Police to save his skin from coming face- to- face with the law.

He is said to be openly bragging to Chiefs, Senior Police Officers about his ties with the Acting IGP, James Kudalor, whom he alleged has him covered and therefore could not be arrested by any other law enforcing agency in the country because “IGP will rescue me”.

An elder in Senya whom we garb with the cloak of anonymity told this paper during our scouting in Senya that “he told me he would kill me and nobody would know where my cadaver would be hidden and no one can arrest him because the IGP is his friend”.

Kwesi Alhaji, who is reportedly hiding in Akwetia in the Eastern Region where he hails from; over series of high-profile criminal cases, including alleged murder, is said to be operating in Senya, Breku, Millennium City in Kasoa, all suburbs in the Central region.

Sources at Senya told this paper that Kwesi Alhaji is a walking disaster, which if not tamed or caged could plunge the whole of the Central Region into pandemonium; especially as the November 7 general election nears.

With ties to Abor Yamoah, the purported chief of Gommoa Fetteh, Kwesi Alhaji, it is who allegedly marshals landguards to pull down buildings of prospective developers at midnights and terrorizes anyone that crosses his path with machetes and sticks.

Attempt to reach Kwesi Alhaji, who parades himself as an Estates Developer proved futile as his numbers were “either switched off or out of coverage area”. But our checks at the police headquarters revealed that Kwesi Alhaji might have visited the security outfit on a number of occasions for questioning on criminal matters but had no ties with the Acting IGP.

Tongues are however wagging over why the self-imposed Estates Developer is branding the name of the James Kudalor in the open and in the full glare of intelligence officers but has not been arrested for questioning.

For instance, this paper gathered that just three days ago, Kwesi Alhaji commandeered his boys, who were wielding Machetes and clubs to pull down buildings being put but by developers at the Millennium City in the full glare of the Post Commander but was not apprehended because of fear that he had ties with the IGP.
