Top Ghanaian model and CEO of EXOPA Modeling Agency, Sima Ibrahim, who was arrested at the Kotoka International Airport last Monday for allege drug trafficking, is to due to make his first court appearance this morning, at the Accra Fast High Track Court.
After his arrest, two charges relating to the possession of narcotic drugs, were preferred against him. Sima has been charged with attempting to export unlawful substance, and in possession of unlawful substance.
Meanwhile, Sima�s counsel, Kwame Akufo is very unhappy about the way his client has been treated. Lawyer Akufo expressed worry about the fact that his client was not put before court, even after the expiration of the 48 hours for holding suspects, as mandated by law.
