The Communications Director of the President of Ghana, Koku Anyidoho, has in an interview with Peace FM on the Morning Show; �Kokrokoo�, highlighted the contents of President Mills much anticipated dawn broadcast, scheduled for Monday, September 21th, 2009, at 6am. According to Mr. Anyidoho, the President�s message will be centered on these thematic areas Peace, Unity, the African Personality and Oneness of all Ghanaians and Africans in the diaspora. Speaking to the Host, Kwami Sefa Kayi, the Communications Director said the President believes the dawn broadcast is an ideal platform to interact with the nation, and the best period to bask in the celebrations of Nkrumah�s centenary anniversary. Mr. Anyidoho stressed that President Mills respects Nkrumah�s ideology and deems it necessary to place him �in the proper scheme of things� not only as Ghana�s liberator but also as an African icon. �Frankly speaking, Nkrumah anchored Ghana in the Independence struggle as such, his due must be paid him,� he added.
