Fetteh Salt Land Saga: Family Tackles Crooks Warns Investors Over Imposters

Abusuapanyin Kojo Yooyoo, Head of the Anona Kakabaa Royal Family of Apam in the Central Region has warned prospective land buyers and people interested in the Gomoa Fetteh lands to be weary of recalcitrant and land guards who pose as land owners.

Speaking in an interview with the New Crusading Guide Abusuapanyin Yooyoo alleged  that  some ‘unscrupulous’ people and companies like Palm Spring City Development and Adwadifoadafo  are out there  selling parcels of  acres of land in Gomoa which is currently under contention.

Abusuapanyin Kojo Yooyoo averred that the said land which has been an issue in contention between the Anona Kakabaa Royal Family and one S. M. Kweku Amanful is in court awaiting verdict as regards the true owners of the said land.

He said Gomoa Fetteh in the Central Region has lately seen some scuffles over who is the rightful owner of the stated lands. He said the Anona Kakabaa Royal Family of Apam, has raised red flags over what they described as deliberate attempts by some people within the traditional house to sell off the said land.

Many people were accused of selling off the 2000 acres of the 3,644.50 acres belonging to the Anona Kakabaa Royal Family which was also vested in Fetteh Salt Limited.

Although he gave the warning against the sale and purchase of the lands, Kojo Yooyoo explained that the registration of the said land was done on 1st June 1981 in the name of Mr. Samuel Mensah Dadzie of blessed memory as Fetteh Salt Limited, but some individuals along the line, forged the signatures to show that the land was rather registered in October 1981 with registration number, No. 530/81.

Abusuapanyin KojoYooyoo said he staged a serious battle over the land to ensure that people do not take advantage of stealing the lands.

Abusuapanyin KojoYooyoo said, anybody who will ignore his warnings will have him or herself to blame because after the determination of the case, steps will be taken to regularize documents of all who have purchased some parcels of land from the other faction.
