Immigration Officer Installed Chief At Senchi

Mr Foreigna Owusu-Addo, a deputy Financial Controller of the Ghana Immigration Service, has been installed Mawerehene of Senchi.

The 48-year-old Immigration Officer was enstooled under the stool name, Nana Okuroyi Addo Owusu I.

The new Senchi Mawerehene, holds a bachelor of science degree in Accounting, Master of Business Administration in Accounting and a master of science in Management Information Systems.

He has also had a distinguished working career in the fields of security, software engineering, accounting and management.

At a grand durbar of chiefs and people of Senchi to outdoor the new chief, Nana Okuroyi pledged to contribute his part in maintaining unity among the people of Senchi to promote development.

Nana Ofei Aboagye Agyeman II, the Chief of Senchi, implored the new Maawerehene to endeavour to offer his time and resources to serve the traditional area.

He called on the people of Senchi to support the chiefs to make the vision of lifting educational standards and the reforestation exercise in Senchi successful.
