Nana Akufo Addo Urges Eligible Youth Voters To Register

Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo, the 2016 Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has counseled all youth who have turned 18 to massively register in the upcoming limited voters’ registration exercise slated for next month.

He has also called on all others eligible to vote but could not register during the last registration exercise, to do so without fail.

Nana Akuffo-Addo said that would be the only option for them to exercise their inalienable right of universal adult suffrage and elect a competent leader as well as parliamentarians who could provide the able leadership needed to change the dwindling economic fortunes of the nation.

Nana Akuffo- Addo gave the advice at Obo in the Kwahu South District when he attended the 25thanniversary of the enstoolment of Nana Yeboah Afari Obuagyan II, Obohene and Nifahene of the Kwahu Traditional Area.     

He urged the entire Kwahu community to continue to support the party and vote massively for him and the parliamentary candidate of the NPP for a landslide victory in the upcoming November polls pledging never to disappoint voters when given the nod.

The three-time NPP Presidential flag bearer congratulated and wished Nana Obuagyan well on the auspicious occasion and urged him to continue to unite the people to undertake more development projects to improve the living standard of the people.

He later made a personal donation of Gh₵10,000.00 for the landmark silver jubilee celebration, while Mr Bryn Acheampong, the parliamentary candidate of the party for Abertifi Constituency, supported the Obohene with Gh₵5,000.00.

Nana Asiedu Agyemang III, the Acting President of the Kwahu Traditional Council, commended the Obohene for initiating many development projects including the construction of a magnificent palace, town road networks and a football field for the Kwahu Ridge Senior High School during his 25 years reign.
