Atebubu DCE Is A "Terrorist Leader"...He Is A "Gaddafi" - NDC Capo

Constituency Secretary of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) at Atebubu-Amantin in the Brong Ahafo Region has described the beleaguered District Chief Executive, Sampson Owusu Boateng as "Gaddafi and a terrorist leader".

Speaking in an interview on Peace FM's 'kokrokoo', Ali Saga Sulley blamed Sampson Owusu Boateng for the hooliganism that occurred at the locality last Tuesday.

There was a violent clash between some party executives in the area as they burned down the party office.

Reports indicated that Sampson Owusu Boateng has been replaced as DCE by a certain Eric Osei but the former would not give in.

Ali Saga Sulley recounted that the DCE who would not step down for the other person to resume work organized people to stir chaos at the vicinity.

He disclosed that the DCE, who he labeled as the "terrorist leader" mobilized a gang to vandalize the party office.

Sulley added that the vandals were a mixture of NDC fanatics and some members of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP).

“Sampson Owusu Boateng being the Gaddafi as he is refused to leave office and said he will not hand over. He will not understand that removal . . . As at the day before yesterday, some few supporters of Sampson Owusu Boateng went and burnt the party office and that the Police Commander went there on directive that he has to park the car that he has been using as DCE because he has been sacked as the DCE.

“He said no. He will not leave office. He will not hand over the car to them and his supporters nearly even had problem with the Police Commander and the man left . .  . Sampson Owusu Boateng is post-conscious," he told host Nana Yaw Kesse.

He further noted that Police at Atebubu have begun investigations into the issue.
