Some residents of Agogo Tuesday took to the streets to demonstrate against what they described as a deliberate insensitivity of the government to address the Fulani menace that has led to destruction of their farms and loss of human lives.
The demonstrators included Catholic priests, traditional priests, octogenarians and school children.
According to the demonstrators, the demonstration is their last signal to resort to lawful means to draw the attention of authorities to find a lasting solution to the problem.
According to them, should the authorities fail to protect them and their properties, they would do everything to provide protection for themselves.
The demonstrators who were not deterred by a heavy downpour said they are afraid to go and till their land because of the armed Fulani herdsmen.
