Ghana international Abdul Majeed Waris has suffered an injury at his Club Lorient.
The 24-year-old is expected to stay out for some days after picking up a knock at training on Tuesday.
Waris however missed his side 0-2 loss away to Saint-Étienne in the French Ligue 1 on Sunday afternoon.
The Black Stars striker has been phenomenon for Lorient since joining them from Turkish outfit Trabzonspor.
The former Spartak Moscow striker is the Club’s leading scorer this season with 11 goals turning out to be the highest Ghanaian scorer abroad so far this season.
Lorient will however be hoping to have their key man back in their next League game against Lille.
