Busy Launches New Mobile App At Breakfast Meeting With Its Corporate Clients

Delivering on its commitment to enrich lives through limitless connectivity, Busy today launched its new mobile app for Android devices. The mobile app, known as My Busy4G, is aimed at enhancing the customer experience for all Busy 4G users; while empowering them to enjoy self-service at all times.

Welcoming the clients, Mr. Praveen Sadalage, Chief Executive Officer of Busy said, “The main objective of this forum is to express our profound gratitude to you for the confidence and trust you have reposed in us over the years, take feedback from you to help us serve you better and to introduce you to our new and innovative business solutions.

In his presentation, Mr. Sadalage reiterated Busy’s commitment to the large corporate institutions, Small to Medium Enterprises and SOHOs (Small Office Home Office). He said, “in line with this commitment, we have invested in our service infrastructure to enable us meet the growing demands of the business sector”.

Touching on the available business product packages, Mr. Sadalage said, “Busy understands the varying needs of its clients which ranges from internet connectivity, network security to wide area network deployments. He said “we also appreciate and acknowledge the cost impacts on your businesses and that is why we have bespoke services suitable for all business needs”.

Introducing Busy’s products and services, Mr. Sadalage indicated these include Internet access that come as either unlimited Internet or business data bundles. The unlimited Internet service, he explained has two sub categories- Business Max Internet packages for small and medium sized companies or Business Ultra Internet packages for medium to large businesses.

Mr. Sadalage also indicated that, Busy offers various Internet bundles for small offices and home offices on its 4G LTE network.

He added that “Busy Business has over the years been providing other value added business services and is therefore the preferred business solutions provider for bespoke or customized solutions which include Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) deployments, Network security and IP protocol services, Wifi hotspots deployment, co-location services and other custom system integrations”

Launching the Mobile App, Mrs. Linda Narh, Head of Marketing indicated that, the launch of My Busy4G mobile App was to provide convenience, ease of accessibility and speedy response to all customer needs; as customers can download the app from google play store and log in to the self-care service using their unique log-in details. She said ‘using the mobile App, customers can easily top up and bundle data, track their data usage and take full control of their data usage on the Busy 4G network”. She also encouraged all existing Busy 4G customers to download the App for free on Google Play Store and called on all data users to join the Busy family to enjoy Busy’s unlimited freebies.

Busy’s corporate clients present at the meeting were very happy about the new business direction of the company and services on offer. They were delighted that Busy has provided a one stop shop for their internet connectivity and data needs.
