Models Ask Politicians To Ensure Free And Fair Elections

Models from Africa Alliance on Saturday walked through the principal streets of Accra through the offices of the major political parties to campaign for peace in the upcoming November polls.

The walk ended at he Flagstaff House to remind he seat of government to ensure free, fair and transparent elections.

The models were put together by Africa Alliance, a modelling agency in Accra.

A peace walk dubbed peace Election 2016 was to send message to all political parties and the public.

The walk which started at Paloma hotel at Kwame Nkrumah Circle took them through the ruling National Democratic Congress's(NDC) party office, New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the Convention People's Party (CPP) offices and finally ended at the flagstaff house.

The CEO of Africa Alliance Lawyer Dr. Nana Oppong said the need for the walk was to plead to all political parties to as much make peace a priority in the upcoming November 7th polls as Ghana is a peaceful country.
