31st December Women�s Movement Anniversary Message
Another year has successfully drawn to an end for the Movement and we are immensely grateful to the Almighty. Once again it is time for us to reflect and to weigh our options as we forge ahead.
As women we need to demand a well-functioning government, a fair playing business climate, a fair distribution of resources, reduced level of corruption and a country with sound security for everyone. When these aspects are improved, it will reduce the vulnerability of women and children in Ghana and open the doors of opportunity for us all.
We use this opportunity to call on all women to speak out against all the ills in our governance, community and the society as a whole so that together we can build our country Ghana.
We also take this opportunity to congratulate all women and well-wishers and wish them a happy anniversary.
