<<Print>>Long hours of rain at the weekend left parts of Accra flooded with rain water. Some residents at Kaneshie were spotted dumping their refuse into the flood waters, a practice which has constantly attracted condemnation.
This is because the refuse end up blocking drains and thereby causing floods.
