President John Dramani Mahama has thanked all Ghanaians for the love and support shown him following the death of his mother.

Mr Mahama lost his mother Tuesday June 14, 2016.

Several dignitaries including the flagbearer of the NPP, Nana Addo Danwa Akufo-Addo, former presidents Jerry John Rawlings and John Kufour, former First Lady Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings, Acting National Chairman of the NPP Freddie Blay, and others sent their condolences to the president and his family.

In appreciation for all the support, Mr Mahama tweeted: “Sincere thanks for condolence msgs/visits. HE Kufuor, JJ NKAR, Adjaho Parl, Afoko, Delle CPP, NAADA NPP, Portuphy NDC many others.”
