President John Dramani Mahama has promoted DCOP Nathan Kofi Boakye to the rank of Commissioner of Police. Mr. Kofi Boakye’s promotion took effect from June 1 2016 and the Ashanti Regional Police Commander was congratulated by the Inspector General of Police (IGP), John Kudalor.

The President and Commandeer in-Chief of the Ghana Armed Forces, His Excellency, John Dramani Mahama has promoted Deputy Commissioner of Police Mr. Nathan Kofi Boakye to the rank of Commissioner of Police.
His promotion takes effect from 1st June 2016. The IGP, Dr. John Kudalor expresses his heartiest congratulations to COP Mr. Nathan Kofi Boakye.
