Wise Unveil Massive Signings

Eleven Wise have targeted a Top 4 finish in the upcoming season after unveiling massive signings in Accra on Monday. The Sekondi-based team have captured the Liberty Professionals duo Sam Ayew Yeboah and Kotei Blankson for a combined fee of US$ 40,000. The club have also acquired the services of Great Olympics ace Paa Joe Kuma and the 2007 best player on the domestic scene, Kweku Essien. Kumah was presented with the number 18 jersey while Sam Ayew Yeboah will wear the number 10 shirt. Former Ghana youth goalkeeper Kotei Blankson will wear the 16 jersey and Essien was presented with the number 21 jersey. Chief Executive of the club Jamil Maraby is excited with the acquisition of the experienced quartet and says will prove the catalyst for an exciting campaign. "Our major target is to place in the top four in the upcoming season and that is the whole idea of finding quality players to augment the squad," Maraby told Ghanasoccernet "These are tried and tested players and we are confident they will prove good additions for the club.
