You Cant Trust President Mahama With A Penny - Kayayei President

Ghana’s economic fortune is held in trust by President Mahama, but his inability to turn things around for the better has angered the President of Ghana's Head Porters Association who has opined that he (President Mahama) deserves not to be given another term in office.

Adiza Moshie Zongo who spoke on behalf of her associates, after receiving assorted items and cash from the New Patriotic Party towards the celebration of Eid-ul-Fitr informed Peacefmonline.com that had life been better in the northern part of the country now, most women would have stayed there and worked to make an income.

According to her, most people coming from the north had placed their hope in President Mahama to transform their communities with agricultural projects he had promised to start in the region.

But to their dismay, President Mahama, a true son of the region has not been able to make life better for them and this had forced several women to migrate down south for greener pastures.

President Mahama can’t be trusted. You can’t trust him even with a penny. He has messed Ghana’s economy up and we need someone like Nana Akufo Addo to come and turn the nation around. We must vote for the New Patriotic Party massively and punish President Mahama severely for the bad works he has done as a leader”, Adiza Moshie Zongo said.

Towards the celebrations of Eid-ul-Fitr which marks the end of the Muslim fasting month of Ramadan, the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) donated assorted items to ‘kayayei’ (head porters) in Kumasi.

The party’s Ashanti Regional Chairman Mr. Bernard Antwi Boasiko together with the acting national General Secretary, Mr. John Boadu, donated the items on behalf of their flagbearer, Nana Akufo Addo and his vice, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.

The two executives disclosed to the women that their presidential candidate was concerned with improving the lives of all people, including porters and their children, to ensure they prospered while their children had a secure future.
