My Beef With Liar Shatta Wale Not Over Samini

Ghanaian Dancehall artiste Samini has emphatically stated that his lyrical feud with the self-acclaimed Dancehall king Shatta Wale is not over as many people suggested.

Samini who has traded inuendo-laced songs for several years now with the controversial ‘Mahama paper’ hitmaker endorsed Shatta Wale’s Kakai last year which convinced majority of music lovers that the beef between the two was finally over.

But the ‘Linda’ singer in an interview on GhOne TV Monday said he is not sure their “healthy” lyrical fight is over.

According to him, several lies have been put out by Shatta Wale which must be addressed.

“Lyrically, I’m not sure because there’s always something that’s not finished yet. There have been fabrications,” Samini told Berla Mundi host of #RythmzLive Monday.

Samini added: “There has been stuff said about me in his earlier quest to throw shots at me and get response. He said stuff about me that he lied – plenty like Samini said they shouldn’t put me on shows, Samini said I was doing this, Samini sabotaged me… and then you come back now and you want to sabotage VVIP?

The CEO of High Grade Family revealed that that he composed his ‘Vextra’ single to address Shatta Wale’s attempt to cross his boundaries in a recent feud with Prodigal, a member of the VVIP group.
