NIGERIA: This man was caught on CCTV stealing a laptop from an office in Abuja. The man entered the building, took the lift to the fifth floor to steal a loaded and resourceful laptop from an engineering firm. 

"We released the video to make him known to the world what of a sort of man he is, and for his his family and friends who can identify him to know this is what he does".
