Aduana Stars moved up to second on the League table after securing a 1-0 win over Medeama SC in an outstanding League fixture at the Takwa T&A Park on Thursday.
 
Yahaya Mohammed aided his side to record their 11th win of the season after netting the only goal of the match in the 77th minute. The goal however marked his 12th of the season.

Medeama after recording a 3-1 win over Tanzanian Club Young African in the CAF Confederations Cup were hoping to replicate their performance in today’s clash.

The Mauves who still has two more outstanding games are 6th on the League table with 33 points.
