Evangelist Kwaku Oduro appeals to the clergy

Evangelist Lawrence Kwaku Oduro, Director of Ateiku Christ Church School of Evangelism, on Sunday appealed to the clergy to be dedicated to the growth of the Church and development of the country. Evangelist Oduro who was speaking at the Seventh Graduation Ceremony of the School, for 10 new evangelists at Ateiku, noted that the role of the Church in national development was indispensable. He urged the new evangelists to help change society by propagating the gospel without fear. Evangelist Oduro appealed to individuals and organisations to support the School to construct dormitories and library to enhance teaching and learning. Sister Liddy Breeden of Church of Christ, Dallas, Texas, USA, asked the evangelists to study the Bible constantly since evangelism has become more challenging in recent times. Oseadeeyo Nana Kwamena Damoa III, a Divisional chief of Mamponso, commended the Church for establishing a kindergarten and a Senior High School at Ateiku. He advised the evangelists not to concentrate on evangelism alone but to assist in the fight against immorality and the development of society.
