Beyoncé and Blue Ivy were among the first to hit the red carpet in totally angelic looks, Rapper Meek Mill and girlfriend Nicki Minaj couldn't take their hand off each other, Kanye West and wife Kim Kardashian also made a grand appear on the red carpet.
