NDC Cant Campaign On Better Ghana Agenda ...They Know Our Lives Ain't Better!

Member of Parliament for the people of Bantama Constituency in the Ashanti Region, Hon Henry Kwabena Kokofu says the issue at stake for Ghanaians is not about the ruling NDC mocking Nana Akufo Addo with cancer sickness or his height.

According to him, the issue Ghanaians are battling with has to do with how they will be able to pay for their children school fees as schools are about to reopen since the National Democratic Congress (NDC) is not doing anything to better their lives.

Speaking on Okay Fm’s Ade Akye Abia Morning Show, Hon. Kokofu said it is obvious the NDC has no policy for the vulnerable in the country, explaining why the leader of the party in his campaign tour cannot mention their mantra ‘Better Ghana Agenda and E Dey Be Kὲkὲ’ as they go round in the country.

“...now, with the NDC campaign, they cannot mention ‘Better Ghana Agenda and E Dey Be Kὲkὲ’ and so what is left for them is to mock and rain insults on Nana Addo as a short-man and the next day, he is sick with cancer and even a murderer”

“The real issue at stake is that parents are struggling to pay for their children school fees as schools are about to reopen and the NDC are not speaking about how to better their lives...you don’t have any good policy for the vulnerable in the country; this is not what Ghanaians want to hear”, he pontificated.

He however reminded Kofi Adams who claims health issue is critical in an election that, the country has reached a point where Ghanaians are discerning enough to know the truth and not with short memory as President Mahama described them.

He therefore wondered why Kofi Adams, the National Organizer for the NDC has soon forgotten how he treated the late Professor Mills during the NDC Presidential Primaries as he vigorously campaigned on health grounds against the late President Mills.

“...he vigorously campaigned for Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings; thus, he said Professor Mills was sick and admitted at South Africa hospital for treatment and he cannot lead the NDC to victory. It is on record that it was only late President Mills that he was contested when he was going for the second term and the reason was that he was sick and working with a team B”, Hon. Kokofu hinted.

To him, Kofi Adams’ position as Campaign Coordinator, might be a show of gratitude to him for mistreating the late President Mills during his fight for the second term; and asserted that some people in NDC are still not happy that he (Adams) is the Campaign Coordinator.
