As we keep getting closer to the 2016 general elections, more and more public figures especially from the entertainment industry, are revealing their political affiliations and openly endorsing political candidates of their choice.
The latest to be swept away by the political wind blowing currently in Ghana, is award winning Gospel Singer Cwesi Oteng.
Cwesi Oteng has for the first decided to reveal his political colours and openly thrown his weight behind New Patriotic Party (NPP)'s candidate Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
The "God Dey Bless Me" Singer visited Nana Akufo-Addo's private residence at Nima in Accra this morning, Friday September 23, 2016 to officially introduce himself to the NPP flag bearer and openly endorse his candidature.
Nana Addo confirmed this on his various social media platforms sharing pictures exchanging pleasantries with the Singer with the caption:
Talented Ghanaian Gospel musician, Cwesi Oteng, was at my residence this morning to formally introduce himself to me and endorse my candidature ahead of the conduct of this year's election. #AriseForChange #ChangeIsComing
