Out-Going Iranian Ambassador To Ghana Hopeful Of Peaceful Election On December 7th

The out-going Iranian Ambassador to Ghana His Excellency Mohammad Soleymani has said Ghana will surely go through a peaceful election on December 7th based on its track record since the beginning of democratic rule under the fourth republic.

Ambassador Soleymani made the comments on Thursday when he paid a fare-well call on the Speaker of Parliament Rt Hon Edward Doe Adjaho at Parliament House as he ends his five years and five months duty tour to the country.

He expressed joy over the cordial relationship that has existed between Ghana and Iran and hoped such relationship will continue.

Rt Hon Edward Doe Adjaho commended the out-going Iranian Ambassador for his role in deepening relationship between the two countries and commended Iran for its support to Ghana especially in the areas of education and health citing the services of the Iranian clinic in Accra to buttress his statement.

Rt Hon Edward Doe Adjaho hoped Ambassador Mohammed Soleymani will be an advocate of Africa in his future endeavors. He emphasized the need for both countries to explore business opportunities from one another for their mutual benefit .
