Freddies Corner, a local retail and wholesaler of mobile phones, computers and accessories, which was honoured with the Pillars of Modern Ghana Award, has bagged another first.
At the recent 9th Ghana Business and Financial Services Excellence awards, under the auspices of Ministry of Trade and Industry, it scooped the Gold Award in the Mobile Telephony category (Dealership).
Earlier this year, Freddies Corner was adjudged the Best Mobile Phone Dealer of the year at the Ashanti Business Excellence Awards, under the auspices of Manhyia palace.
CEO of the company, Freddy Mantey Korle in an interview with Peacefmonline.com, who credited their customers for standing shoulder to shoulder with them since the company's inception, called for an all hands on deck approach to help small and medium enterprises thrive.
“We give thanks to God and all our numerous valued customers whose consistent patronage from 1988 to date has helped us grow from a very humble small table top music cassette business (BOJOA BOJOA) behind the holy gardens police station at Kwame Nkrumah circle to our present stage”
